PCGS error on a Fred Weinberg error

One of Fred's coins, 42129179, is on a Heritage pre-view, with the error "Double Struck, Second Strike 85% Off Center "
However, if you look up the cert, it shows: Mint Error Struck on Clad 10C Planchet
So, PCGS has an error of an error.

I wouldn't really mind if the description said
"Struck on a SILVER Dime Planchet" !
nah, for a V nickel, struck on a clad planchet is far better.

As well as 42129170 and 42129171. Both are cents, stating they were struck on a silver dime planchet, but both are still red copper. Not sure what the actual error is with these.
(I was just going through the certificate numbers around these.
