2013 lincoln penny mule die clash?

I have few lincoln coins with taller streched letterings on both sides.
Could you guide me if I have mule die clash coins?
If not, is there a proper name for this type of coins?

Yes, MsMorrisine.
That is called “pullaway toning”
The copper just oxidized differently.

Might be a little die erosion around the edge.
Looks like it - the raised "Ridge Ring" you see circling around the tops of the letters is from die deterioration from an overused die.
