I find it quite humorous that they are asking such a staggering price for the set and the George Brett is only an PSA 8.

The wife told him he had to sell it, so he lists it for a few bucks short of a million. VCP for a PSA 10 set (based on what's been sold since 2008) is about a quarter of a mil. I'll gladly sell my near complete mostly PSA 9 set for $150k if anyone is interested. B)

I do believe the price is for attention and to make sure no one buys it on eBay , he so eloquently states to contact him through the PSA registry but he does not give any contact info on purpose o:)
