Sacagawea Satin Coins

I bought some rolls of Sacagawea's recently. I am trying to complete my collection of Sacagawea's in the highest grade possible. I have most MS68's except for the non satin finish. They are quite elusive. So my question is, when I buy a roll, how can I tell which is Satin and which is not before sending in for possible grading. Do the rolls from the mint say Satin Finish or is it just pot luck?

Satin finish coins came in the Mint’s Uncirculated Coin Set

These sets come in sealed cardboard boxes. Do not buy an uncirculated set that’s outside the sealed cardboard box.

Why is that? If they are still sealed in cello, why do they need to be in cardboard box? (just wondering)

Because the sets with good looking coins will be picked over.

A sealed box gives you a better chance of getting a good looking coin
