F15

12 on an unfortunate day and 15 on the better day. I am leaning more towards the 12 in view of the fields/surfaces
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
I think there more meat on it than F12... I'll say F15 as well...

I would guess F12
Textbook F15.
If it was like my recent submissions, F12.
If I was going to be contrarian, this has the kind of detail they sometimes assess as a VF20, but for the surfaces.

F15 - not enough eye appeal to make it to VF20

Very solid F12.
VF20?

VF-20 but the obverse surfaces knocked it to F-15 I think.

Looks like what I would call an F12, but PCGS would call an F15.

F-15. Just a little too much wear for a 20 IMO.
I'll give it an optimistic 20.
I’m in the F15 camp also.
Very interesting coin at that grade level. I generally see these (and the 92O) in AG and AU, seldom in between.
First instinct was F15. Nice.

I agree with a lot of y’all’s comments on the obverse surface. Was a bit hesitant to purchase, but FWIW, the obverse shows better in person and I am happy with it. It is difficult to find 1892 S between ~G and ~ low MS. Here’s a slab picture:
