    Don't know about "Error Penny", but it's certainly an "Error Listing" as the coin isn't PR61 and it's not graded by ICG.

    His completed auctions shows that he sold the exact same coin a few days ago for 99 cents. Maybe it was just a shill bid that never got a counter bid?

    Or the bidder figured out right away that it was a scam?

    I got in touch with him and he seemed unaware of philly not having a mm like D or S. His response was “explain”. So I did and pointed him to a quick google search. Haven’t heard back we’ll see
