These mostly seem to sell for $30 to $40 per ounce on ebay. I don't think there's much premium on it.
A bright (Dipped?) one that was identical sold for $200.00 on eBay.
Look at all the other ones. S single anomalous result did not determine value. If you look at all the other Omega bars on ebay, mist are selling for $30 to $40 per ounce in a variety of sizes up to 25 oz.

I only see one 1 oz. And then there's a 2 and 3 oz at about the same price.
In the end, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay, but these do not appear scarce to me. Although some people like 1970s vintage bars.

That's a 2nd generation M&B bar. The older, 1st gen bars have a solid line stamp like this one:
1970s for all generations?
They started producing bars in 1969. I don't know when the switch to the 2nd generation was, but they only produced bars from 69 to 74, so early 70s would be my best guess. The paragraphs below come from an AllEngelhard page on the refiner:
"The well recognized and quite artful M & B ‘Omega’ Hallmark was originally filed for patent on September 10, 1969 and ultimately registered on March 2, 1971. Archives indicate this hallmark was first used for commercial purposes on July 7, 1969. It is believed that M & B Mining Corporation of Las Vegas, Nevada produced the ingots presented below from 1969 to 1974. At least some examples were originally offered by Danny B. Crabb Coins of Van Nuys, California. For many years after production, the unique hallmark was believed by collectors to have been a stylized ‘Omega’ symbol, the Greek representation of “all encompassing’. It is actually a cleverly intertwined presentation of the letters M and B.
Two distinct variety of the M & B Mining Corporation hallmark exist, a rather rudimentary ‘single outline’ hallmark as well as the relatively more decorative ‘double outline’ hallmark. Both variety are presented below in their corresponding weight class."

Perhaps even later. I remember .995 at best in the 70's but wasn't stacking back then so I'm not sure.

Same manufacturer. Same vintage. I can't imagine 1 oz bars are more scarce
