Make another account that only buys when offered the bucks. It'll work. Their algo is dumb.

I used to get those offers every now and then but haven't seen any lately. Must not be buying enough........

I haven't been getting the E-Bucks offer for about a year.
I inquired, once or twice, as to why Ebay forgot me and I received advice from customer to update my notifications.
Suddenly, this quarter, I've received two bonus offers. Now I can buy someone else's unwanted junk @5% off.
