Doubled Die or Mechanical?

Hello, just getting into the hobby and I am still learning between Doubled Die and Mechanical Doubling. I have a 1989 P Roosevelt dime that is doubled on the reverse. My limited knowledge says possibly Doubled Die, but part of me believes it is Mechanical Doubling. Thoughts, insights? I appreciate any education to help me with my new journey. Thank You

    No evidence notching/split serifs. I believe it's die deterioration. Regardless if its MD or die deterioration, it isn't hub doubling and adds no value to the coin

    @wolfwthagrnrse .... Welcome aboard... Yes, mechanical or machine doubling.... perhaps a bit of die deterioration as well. No numismatic premium. Great pictures.... Cheers, RickO
