How can a coin like this get a green sticker from CAC
I've owned this coin far longer than CAC has been in existence. While I don't care if it does or doesn't have a sticker and have no plans to sell, hypothetically, if I wanted the coin to have a green sticker, how could I make that happen. NGC MS65 in a fatty holder.

I would send it to CAC for starters.
I like how we’re approaching this topic from all angles now. 😆 Nice coin.
Submit it to CAC? 🤔😘
"Got a flaming heart, can't get my fill"
I believe the question "How can a coin like this get a green sticker from CAC" falls in the eternal question bucket which is defined as, "A question with boundless possible answers for it is that which cannot be known, though we may all have our theories".
It is a question that mere mortals may be incapable of answering correctly and is beyond my scope.
I'd bet it would get the sticker... Beautiful coin!

You could carefully peel off a sticker from another coin and glue it on the slab of this one. That’s one way. There may be others.
Send it to me and I'll send it to beanville for you.
I can't promise it'll ever leave my house after that though.

If it were mine and I wanted to get a green sticker from CAC, I'd crack it out, dip it, to get the nasty, artificial color off of it, resubmit it in the hopes of getting it back in a 65 holder and then submit it to CAC.

That coin is a hideous piece of crap. I feel bad for you so I'll take it off your hands for a few bucks.
As to CAC: Don't bother just mail it to me. I'll put a green (or whatever color you want) sticker on it...I've got some mailing labels around here somewhere.....

The coin stands on its own regardless of holder/sticker as a 65.
I see the coin having the potential to go 65 gold. Depends on how the light plays out on those two vertical mini-scuffs on the cheek. The reverse field marks may be too much of a distraction, but we've all seen worse.
Some coins rise to and are worthy of a different outcome... And while this is an 81-s... the poster coin for quality for the Morgan series, it still is worthy of a different outcome. Wonderful coin. I won't change a phrase from Blazing Saddles to fit this situation. Despite the current mentality, it is better to own coins that have the look that does not need further explanation.

Personally I hate the fatty - I'd bail and have it graded with our hosts, you might be surprised and get + , and I can see that one beaned.
as for @MFeld I had to read it twice and realize that was in jest , lol!
