1958-D Lincoln Cent Wishful Thinking

hyf88hyf88 Posts: 294 ✭✭✭

While I have the camera up and running figured I'd take a picture of this 1958-D Lincoln cent I've had on my desk for a while.
I know this has been debunked many times as just a die gouge in a very interesting spot. Sure wish it was a 7 under there!

    IDK about the 8/7...

But what is your camera/scope setup?

Sometimes a 7 looks to be lurking for sure ;)

Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

Using a setup with a Canon Rebel EOS I bought from Ray Parkhurst a little while back. His setups are absolutely amazing! Still playing around with it to really understand how to use it properly.

At one time it was believed to be an 8/7. That's a nice example of one of those coins.

Can somebody do an overlay of the two?
