that is more than the 80 character limit?

Apparently you get 500 characters now instead of 80. Funny, I didn't notice that change when I've left feedback lately.
Good question. No idea. Maybe they copied/pasted the text into the box? Not sure if that would work.

I personally don't think the change is necessary.
Normally I'd agree with you, however, if this reply were mimicking feedback, it would already be done by now, except with the change I can ramble on and on to explain why in fact I don't agree with you, but rather than provide any substance, it's just going to be lots of extra words that provide no additional value and in the end I think I agree with you. In other words, A+++ Fast Shipping Thanks.
They made the change about a month ago. So far I haven't used the expanded space.
I left an expanded comment yesterday albeit not much over 80 characters but I could have left a short novel.
Years ago, if you logged into one of the international eBay sites (I forget which one), you'd get some extra space beyond the 80 character limit.
