How do you tell the difference between the Copper-Nickel Oak Wreath and the Bronze Oak Wreath? Referring to the 1964 as it is in both dates...

Thanks in advance!

Thickness or weight. The bronze is much thinner and lighter.

And knowing that you meant 1864, be aware that some of the bronze examples have a tiny L on the ribbon - refer to the guides for identifying it - but it’s a much more valuable coin, so worth checking for.
