    The PCGS Number 817903 is for a 2020-(P) $1 Silver Eagle - Emergency Issue Struck at Philadelphia First Day of Issue (Regular Strike).

    As far as I know the 2021 Emergency issue coins were minted at San Francisco.

    The WWII Privy Mark coins are listed as 76th Anniversary, the must be dated 2021 with the privy mark.

    Maybe they are considering the tribute coins.

    China encourages counterfeiting of all goods not Chinese. It's illegal in China to fake China coins but not illegal to fake any other country's coin. Keeps people working it seems.
    So, nobody to report to, except perhaps PCGS as they can get them off ebay, maybe.
