    So much prettier than the original gutter metal. House gutters are one thing but I'm talking bottom of the barrel Russian street sewer gutter metal. Semper Fi!

    Copper is attractive, but will be turning green quickly... unless there is some sort of permanent seal coat on it. Cheers, RickO

    Our original NV family home has a copper roof (tiles) and never leaked or needed a repair from 1876 to 2010. In 2010 it developed it's first leak and the repair folks said it was due to pigeon crap eating the copper over the 100+ years. So, now I have another reason to shoot those damn feathered rats.

    i scour craiglist and yard sales for copper flashing and or nails
