Ebay denied my bucks bonus yesterday. Has this happened to you in January 2021 ?

I captured an image from yesterday's "code cannot be applied to your order"

I reloaded 3 times and same result, so I settled up the usual way.

Anyone else experience a bucks denial this month ?

I used bucks successfully today for a different license plate. I know, these are not coinage, but I am an error coin collector & I figure we all love using our quarterly ebay bucks.

    I’ve been using eBay Bucks since they started and I’ve never had to input a code.

    Seems it was a glitch. I was looking forward to an almost free purchase.
    Worked today on a completely free transaction with no problems, as it has forever,
    & says I got change left to spend.
    Fleabay still likes me

    Box fee instead of flat mailer. I got a great deal on a couple of these and would hate to see them get wedged in a machine, thus I asked for the 95cents upcharge. I wondered if that triggered the glitch. It could have as no one else here suffered from yesterday's bucks fail.

    I have never entered the code...I just click on that box (to the left of the words "ebay bucks") and the eBay bucks automatically apply themselves.

    Code cut and paste = denied.

    I'm guessing what you got when you checked the box was an error code, which obviously won't be valid for receiving a discount.

    Did you activate it from the ebay message? I believe it must be activated.

    This is page that popped up after I checked the box or inserted cut and paste code to be applied to order.
    Maybe ebay bucks system was wonky yesterday afternoon ?

    I just clicked the box and got to use my fifty-two cents a couple of days ago.

    OK sorry, I see now that eBay Bucks also comes with a code. I just never use it, so forgot about that option.

    When I used my eBay bucks I had to insert the code after checking the box.
