Re-holder/TrueView processing times/dealer fees?

Hallo Group 
I have a couple coins I'd like to get reholdered and TruView'd. What's the current turn -around time on such a service and how much does a PCGS Authorized Dealer typically charge for this on top of PCGS's service/submission/shipping fees? I'm unfortunately not able to find this info on the PCGS web site.

Thanks but what's the turnaround time on a Re-holder (only services I see with times are grading services) and what extra do PCGS dealers charge for the service on top of PCGS fees?
As best I can tell, that doesn’t indicate what an authorized dealer would charge.
And in answer to the OP, based on a multitude of posts here recently, turnaround times are sporadic and you shouldn’t count on a specific time period.

My local dealer doesn't charge anything extra. Just passes through the grading and shipping cost. Nice service for customers.

A recent reholder took me just over 3 months from mailing it out to getting it back.

Oh crap. Mine just got to 'Received".
I've done several reholders at various PCGS MO show, in including one this past week. It took 2 days. Show reholders though cost a slightly more.
Last month I sent in three coins for reholdering via the 4th quarter Reholder special (very similar to the current special, except it was only $12 per coin, and no 35th anniversary special):
1. Actual date received by PCGS - December 16th.
2. Date PCGS shows as received - December 29th.
3. Date Shown as undergoing Encapsulation - January 9th. As such, no shipping date yet.

I recently sent one coin in for a reholder due to a damaged holder. They received it on 11/23, True Viewed and reholdered it, and returned it on 12/08.
