1991 china 5 liter fuel ration ticket

now I bought this with some banknotes a few years ago, found it interesting to see this mixed into a lot of banknotes as I have never seen a ration ticket before

now this ticket was issued in Chengdu Military Region but unknown if it was used or not as I see no markings saying it was, the ticket has one printed side

makes a neat add on to my collection at least in my opinion

Looks like it was torn out of a ration book. I'm sure they printed a bazillion of them. Peace Roy

Interesting to know the PRC was rationing fuel as recently as 1991. I wonder if this is still the case?
