Has anyone here bid in a BK auction?

If so any comments?

Not for a coin, but for real estate yes. The court must ultimately approve/ratify the sale at the closing bid. Read the terms of sale carefully to find out whether it will be truly no reserve. Courts may waive lengthy approval process on transactions below a certain value, but if we're talking anything of substantial value, the court will definitely need to approve it before the sale is confirmed.
Edited: I read this as bankruptcy auction.
Burger King?
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
I've purchased(won) half dozen different items on their platform and always been with good results. Easy pay and shipping was pretty good(can't say about nowadays). Only one item was non-slabbed but it held true to details mentioned. 2 were gold pieces.
They even answered a couple of questions fairly quickly I had but that was pre-covid times. As always look at images very carefully and if possible ask questions.
Hope this helps.
Edit: Looked at email, last time I got something was a 4/6/20 auction.
Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.
I was unaware that Burger King was in the coin auction business, crazy.
My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
I have on proxibid. As far as I can tell, they do not have any of the items. They also seem to shill until it becomes profitable to buy from actual source. I was last bidder once a few years ago, and after a couple weeks they cancelled and said it was no longer available. Look around hard enough, you might be able to find what they are auctioning at source. As far as I am concerned, it is a waste of time looking at any of their stuff.
Buy a coke and a burger get the lawyer free. Right?
Agree with Dave. They seem to shill material and auction over and over until they find a buyer.
I bid on 13 items in their most recent auction (12-26). Many were strong bids and I didn't come close on any of them. A total waste of time, so I am through with them (but not Burger King!)

About a year ago I won sweet 1841 $ PCGS AU55. I sent to CAC and she earned a green bean. I have no complaints with the transaction. I have not seen anything else worth bidding on since.
