They're upside down.
One of them was mailed in 1937, so not sure why you mention 1916.
If sealed, probably just due to moisture or humidity over the years.
If you are trying to sell them they belong in the BST forum.
A collector of Oklahoma postmarked covers may have some interest but few others would. The covers are very bland and have common stamps. Very little value is likely.
