I finally picked up a D. Brent Pogue Coin for my Registry Set.

This coin sold at the Stacks auction back in March for 720 all in and I threw a few bids but lost. This past week I noticed the coin up on Ebay for a little over 500. Did not hesitate to buy and glad that I now own one of the coins that was in his set.
Still down to just 3 coins left for the 183 coin set and I figure as I wait for them there are a few coins in my set that I bought because of the rattlers and will start upgrading some of those.
Thanks for looking Tom

Congrats!!
Neat - coming down to the home stretch!
Very nice! Also nothing like paying less the second time around!
He who knows he has enough is rich.
Very nice. Definitely one of my favorite coin "pedigrees" and the coin looks solid to boot.
Nice coin.
you have an amazing set - I am surprised they require the 1964 SMS
it is always nice to buy something for less than you bid less than a year ago
nice addition with a strong pedigree

Very nice.
Congratulations!
It is surprising to me that we are able to buy these Pogue quarters now well back of what they sold for less than only a year ago. My 40-D (including the free upgrade to top pop). Your lovely 51-D. Good stuff!

Congrats on some great coins @1tommy and @wondercoin!
I too am amazed at the prices at which these are available now.
Here's one I've had my eye on for a while. I really like it but I don't really collect Washington quarters now so I've been holding off until I get some other things out of the way. This one is a pop 22/100 so no top pop here.
Thanks everyone for the comments,
@davewesen the set is actually 185 coins but I doubt I will ever buy the SMS Coin that is required and the 1935 ddo there has never been one coin found so hopefully someday PCGS will remove that coin from the set.
@zoins Your not the only member I heard from that likes that 42 s. It is a beautiful coin and I love my MS 67 that is in my set with such a strong strike you can see the reeding on the coin.
