    I collect those with engraved vignettes, but mine only go back as far as the 1840s. I'll post a couple examples. I'd be interested in seeing a few from your collection.

    Intrigued by all things intaglio.

    Very cool niche!! I love the vignettes.
    I am thinking this is a relatively unexplored area for many collectors.

    There's a few vendors at my local flea market that have boxes of old cancelled checks. I'm gonna have to stop and preruse thru the reams of paper. Thanks for sharing. Peace Roy
