Opinions on scratched PSA cases.. expertise needed.

Bought a couple of PSA graded cards. Prior to purchase, I asked if they were clean with no scratches or cracks. They look pretty roughed up.
I’ve heard about SCRATCH X has any one had this issue? Has anything worked consistently?

I've used Meguiar's plastic polish for years and it works great. It's designed to polish headlight housings and tail lights.

Check out my scanning guide section 3.4 on page 12, link is in my signature. It has some tips to clean slab scratches.
