WOW. I remember seeing the local banks hanging posters, (SOLD HERE!) promoting the sales of these...yet I was still too poor back then to even buy one.

I got a roll of 99s or 2000s for $100, still have them. When my grandfather passed I got one from the bank to bury with him for the ferryman, think it was maybe $10 or so in 2002.
