Condition is very important in relation to value so that note has issues. Peace Roy

In my copy of the"Standard Catalog of World Paper Money, seventh edition (1994), volume two, general issues" the note is listed as a Japanese puppet bank issue from 1945, J-82 "a" if it has watermark and "b" if it does not. The valuations given in that catalog for a note in VG were $5 for the "a" and $7.50 for the "b". The denomination is 50 yuan.

I doubt if that note would qualify as a VG as it has many problems.
