Anyone else experiencing a big slow down in Composition addition requests?

Not long ago, Composition additions were processed within a couple of days. I put one in over a month ago and no response.
What happened, any ideas?

PSA has advised me that they are running behind by about a month. They are trying to clear a backlog and the goal is to process Composition requests NLT one week.
