1989 Fleer Baseball Boxes

I wanted to check and see if there is any risk of resealed packs, etc on these. I can pick up 3 box lot locally for $75. If not too much to worry about I'll pick them up to mess around with.
thanks
John

I don't think anybody is searching 89 fleer baseball. Sounds good.

Plenty of searching going on with these boxes since the Ripken, Griffey and Randy sequences can be figured out by the front/back card(s).

Highly recommend buying boxes from sealed cases where you can know the date code. Knowing the code helps determine if it is a $20 box or a $150 one.

Agreed. And just to add that plenty of searching happened back in 89 and early 90s. Unfortunately lots of unscrupulous players around the hobby both then and now.

If you can check them out beforehand that’s a big plus.
