In the podcast there is a shout out to this message board, and also kind of a bombshell to fellow members of the board. I was targeted by the Minnesota Department of Commerce because of my post on this message board.
It is not just speculation either; I got the Department of Commerce to admit they were monitoring the board via Google alerts. I also got an audio recording of them targeting me at a coin show.
Any comments on the podcast? I hope folks are not scared to comment because of the fact the MN DoC targeted me for my posts. We don't want them to win in suppressing our speech.
I don't think anyone here has to worry about them, since they came after me because I was posting that the law was unconstitutional, and they were trying to intimidate me so I would not pursue it. I filed suit, so their tactic backfired.

I was on yesterday's coinweek podcast talking about the lawsuit, here is the link, and I also am adding the link to the original post.
