After ripping a box of 2002 Focus Football we didn't get a Jersey or swatch card like it promised.We contacted Fleer;sent in the bar code as instructed & just got a nice Randy Moss GU Jsy & they tossed in a freeze frame insert of Dante Culpepper as well.
Nice to see customer service is still alive with some of the card companies.Topps could take a few lessons from Fleer & Upper Deck.
Let us know what kind of service you had from card companies.

    I couldn't agree more...I pulled a damaged Tyson Chandler rookie jersey from Hoops Hot Prospects last year, when I called not only did the rep have me send it directly to him to be taken care of, he sent back a mint version of the card and 2 other free jerseys!

    just sent a pack of maximum that i got 6 out of 15 cards and all 6 were bent...expected to either get a replacement pack or just 9 more cards....got a sosa game base and 2 packs of fleer box score...happy to see fleer is finally coming through

    i had 3 redemptions last year from fleer that took 7 months to get. it took 3 months of emails with customer service before they sent anything. terrible
    i am collecting 8x10 autos, auto replica jerseys and other auot memrobilia, i have a few cards left im trying to sell cheap please email me for the list theres only about 8 to 10 left. thanks

    Seems like different departments have different attitudes toward thier job.Altho in redemptions,sometimes they are waiting for the player or team to send stuff to them.
    Anyone else have any info on card companies customer service?

    This is a first, someone bragging about Fleer's Customer Service. It is generally thought of as the worst in the business, definately the worst customer service i have EVER dealt with in any industry. They routinely leave people on hold for hours at a time, and often redemptions go unredeemed for over a year. There are daily anti-Fleer posts on TR from traders who have had negative experiences with them. Anyone who gets anything from them- consider yourself one of the fortunate few

    No one is worth than topps and the useless lumps they have working there. I strain to think of any company, sports card or not, that I've encountered with lousier service.
