Yep - I asked a similar question about the case breaks (whether all boxes had to sell) and Manny responded that everything that had to sell out to be sold was noted. You're good to pay for those partials where it doesn't say a sellout is needed.

when I organized the rip I told steve he could ship in 2 weeks to take pressure off the staff--he said all packages would go out in a timely manner...it's a big haul so I am guessing by friday

Yep - I asked a similar question about the case breaks (whether all boxes had to sell) and Manny responded that everything that had to sell out to be sold was noted. You're good to pay for those partials where it doesn't say a sellout is needed.
