Any U.S. coin- dated- PCGS sometimes and then sometimes does not list with a date on the insert!

I'd expect there are a fair number of commemorative half dollars that would fall into this category. I know the Connecticut half is sometimes found with the date and sometimes found with no date on the PCGS insert.

Agree. It would have to be a one year type coin. I think I remember seeing a Chain Cent in a PCGS slab without a date on the label.

Here are a few I found in my desk...its seems that the variation depends on the slab generation for commems:

Yes! Same with Stone Mountains. Some have the 1925 date, others don't.
I rather dislike the date not being there. Not sure why....
