Copper coin identity

This copper coin is 28mm, 9.3g, has an engrailed edge(may have been added post strike?), and appears to have a female bust facing right. The other side is worn smooth.

Can anyone identify this?
Thanks

Probably once used as a jewelry item though the extreme level of wear is hard to explain.

I'm afraid its true use will never be known.
