Possible problem with eBay

Not a biggie, but sometimes when I check a saved search, rank them according to Newly Listed and work my way backwards from the most recent, I end up looking at lots that I looked at the day before that have not had their listing line change color from blue to purple. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just a minor glitch on their part?

yep, same here ?
forgot to add : i thought it was just me !!
I've had know problem.
while it is using much more resources for this option, one would go mad if they look at a lot of items to not have the pc do this for clicked links. great way to keep track and mine have been working with no probs.
sometimes browsers will update without notification. i turn mine off and update manually. could be the settings have changed to clear data when browser closes and/or if the device is restarted. no idea if you guys are using phone, pc, mac etc.
i use ccleaner but uncheck the options that prevent certain browser details from clearing and do it myself once the device starts to bog down as after a while, it is possible to exceed 1gb of saved cache, cookies or whatever which seriously taps RAM i believe. although it can save time too ironically because the pages/images etc are stored so that things will load quicker. i digress.
edited to add:
i am using FF so i can see all my bookmarks on the awesome left bookmarks menu. i have chrome but use it sporadically. only use IE for a couple specific purposes.
Might be your browser, not ebay. The color change is due to your browser knowing you clicked the link before. Might be cookies?

That's my guess, as well
eBay inserts listings based on sellers that pay extra to get special placement. My sorts are usually least expensive to most, or ending soonest. There are always "sponsored" listings mixed in and typically the same ones around the same place.
This might be a problem but eBay has a huge problem right now. Senior security are under indictment for cyber stalking the people who run an independant blog. Feds are going after upper level management. CEO Wenig resigned.
sponsored listing always show at the top of each page plus in their original listing order.
Thanks for the suggestions. Will clear cookies and see what happens.
I don't know if they're doing this, but they could also be mungering with the URL to defeat your browser's thinking you've visited the link before.
