Roll Call for Army’s 245th Birthday - Post a Coin

Today marks the US Army’s 245th year. I would to see how many forum members served the country’s largest military branch, and a coin that somehow relates to that service. Personally, I wore brass for the branches of artillery, infantry, and Judge Advocate General’s Corp.
I did some suffering in Dahlonega at Camp Frank Merrill when I was much younger. This 1842-D (Large Date) $5 is one of my first purchases from DWN (photos courtesy of Jenna.)
Happy Birthday!

Very cool and historic. Do any of the grading services authenticate and slab these? I've read they have been heavily counterfeited. Of course, yours look like it's quite real since it looks like it's been through a war.
