Does not exclude bullion. Excludes items listed in bullion category. Not all bullion gets listed in bullion category.

Very good point. I usually go for pre-33 anyways. As a seller, I make sure to list all my silver eagles in the US Coin - Other category.

Interesting, I tried the link out of curiosity and it said I’m not qualified. Yet I’m signed up for eBay bucks, etc. Must be something else needed to get these offers. I have never received one even after following all the steps outlined on eBay and here on the forum.

Not one?!? Try opening another account. I got the bucks on 2/3 of my accounts this time around.

Everyone gets different offers depending on their buying and selling activity. It always cracks me up when people post their offer here as if we can all participate.

Probably I could have expressed my idea more politely. Of course I’m not offended at all. Slightly amused if anything. I used to check all the time when I saw threads like this, but I soon discovered it was usually for naught.

Not everyone logs into their ebay account every day. Posting the offer on the forum notifies members to check their ebay account for the offer.
