Could use some help identifying Silver Ottoman Coin

Hey everyone I was hoping someone could help me Identify what I am assuming is an Ottoman Empire Coin. I believe the faded symbol within the dotted circle is a Tughra, but I'm not sure. The coins are silver and around an inch in diameter they are paper thin. You can tell which coins are which based on the crack in one of them.

    If you are really interested in identifying these coins, you need to take good clear photos (or scans) in higher resolution.

    I obviously tried to take a clear picture, and the reason I posted the question is because I would like to identify it I understand the advise, but not everyone has a good enough device to take that clear of a photo.
