Very cool! Good eye! Do they have any indications on the edge regarding who made them?

Thanks! These are plain edge and have BR stamped on the edge. I believe these are 20th century Paris Mint restrikes.
I love when that happens!
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
The Paris Mint has been restriking these both from the original dies and from replica dies for nearly 200 years. Those off of the original dies have reeded edges while the 20th Century strikes (and some earlier) have plain edges with the metal noted. The most recent are struck in bronze instead of copper and most have the Wing privy mark.
