1951 Topps Red/Blue Backs - game instruction inquiry

Hello all, old time member here. Used to go by Patches posting mostly on the PCGS forums, but sometimes here. My old membership name was discontinued for some reason.

Anyway, I've developed an interest for the 1951 Topps red and blue backs over the last couple of years and have accumulated about half of the sets around EX-MT. I was wondering if anyone actually new how to play this card game or knew of an Internet link to instructions? I haven't had any luck finding anything through Google.
