Do NGC labels often bend like this?

I've seen a few labels like this in the last two weeks and it's always on 10 gold indians. I thought it was confirmation bias maybe? None of my NGC look like this. I thought it was the angle but you can see it in other photos too.
I haven't seen them on any other metals and any other coins and would appreciate if someone could take a moment to please help educate me as to why this happens, or if it's something to be wary of.
Clearly mistakes happen and paper isn't always cut to size in mass production and I'm 100% okay with that being the simplest explanation.

...turns out he's a master at balancing silver eagles on his paws if he doesn't have to pick them up himself. But, he has learned how to pick one up off a padded surface. This was our fifth serious session playing with coins. I've been spinning them on the hardwood floors and he goes wild when I get half a dozen going at once. He has been "killing" them when they begin to start slowing.
Coin collecting is tiring even for the goodest of the good boys.

I have that happening on a few of my guatemala coins. It bothered me a little at first but I got over it. I think its just a matter of the paper slip being just a little too big to lay completely flat. Just my experience.

Another issue is that sometimes NGC slabs start bulging, and whatever is causing that might be what is causing the paper to buckle.

I have a few of mine like that also. Bothers me a little, but as long as they don't fall off, it is ok.
That's pretty common, they seem to have fixed it as the latest slabs from them have been prefect that I have seen...
