Click on the "0-35" tab at the top of the Population Report page. I've transcribed the numbers for the lowest grades below.

    1853 50C Arrows and Rays
    1 - 8
    2 - 5
    3 - 3
    4 - 6
    6 - 15
    8 - 14
    10 - 9
    12 - 22
    15 - 17
    20 - 15

This is a fairly common coin for the time period. The population report would I believe just be a small fraction of the coins available in these lower grades. The expense of capsulation would not make sense for lower grade coins unless you need a slabbed coin for say a registry set. JMHO

The PCGS CoinFacts web site lists the pop numbers and other information for each specific issue of US coins. Also, it's FREE!
