What happens after the Washington quarter after the ATB Quarter program ends???

Re-read an article from 2019 about this earlier this morning. I don't recall anything else since that time. Does anyone know?

Dont know what's next on the Mint's agenda concerning the Quarter but in saying that. I would suggest them to try something that's never been done in the circulation aspect. If the government still can afford it after this debacle. Why not have a tribute series for the Washington Quarter? Starting where it all started, in 1932? Have commemorative quarters dated 1932. Here's the unique segment, randomly, throw in some 90% silver commemorative in the circulation. Perhaps, a limited amount. Maybe 228? Signifying when the first US coin first came out, in 1792. Meaning 228 years ago. 🤔

It is moving to a 'Crossing the Delaware' theme, last I heard.

Nothing is as expensive as free money.
It remains to be seen.
Oh? I see.

US monument series?
I'd like to see a war hero series that includes all past US wars.

Oh, yes! Finally I can get my Spiro Agnew coin!
In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
And the spouses for good measure
We end up with the same old crappy looking Washington quarter that we've been looking at since 1932.

According to Mike Sleazak after the last ATB in 2021 they are starting an American animals series. About 25 of them he said.
People loved the bat coin.. an animals series could do well!
They should put a warning on it........Not for human consumption.
Maybe a new quarter with the better design that should have been?
Yeah, I doubt it too.
Lance.
I was never a fan of the Fraser reverse. I liked the art deco reverse better.

That was one of the mint's proposals, but nothing has happened in congress. In fact, I haven't seen a bill submitted.
What happens according to the law is Washingon crossing the Delaware design up a bunch of comments. The bust is supposed to be more like the 1932 version not the low relief spaghetti hair of recent memory.
