PayPal Shipping Label Question

I sold some coins to a gentlemen using regular Paypal. He sent payment and I can see he as a verified address. I go to print the shipping label, but the address won't populate on the print label page. I see the edit hyperlink and click, but am just taken back to the top of the page. Has anyone encountered this, and is there a work around. I'd much rather print the label in paypal. It will link the tracking and it's usually cheaper. I'd appreciate some help if your able.
Thanks-
Andrew

Hmmm, not sure I know what's going on exactly. You can always just use the following link to create mailing labels through PayPal and get their discount. I think you can link to a specific transaction but I usually just enter the address manually and forward the tracking info after the fact.

That never happened to me.
Thank you. That was really helpful. I have never had that happen, all of a sudden, it happened two times in a row.

Does a PayPal label actually save any money on shipping? The couple of times I've attempted to try it the estimates for shipping merchandise were always considerably more expensive than if I just did it myself going to USPS or UPS.
paypal offers discounted shipping and throws in free delivery confirmation.

never seen that in Canada
Weird browser behavior can often be corrected by quitting and restarting it. Sometimes there are issues with the cache, temp files, etc.
Lance.
They have commercial prices so it is always cheaper than straight USPS or UPS. If you get commercial pricing through a business or something, that's different.
Perhaps you didn't notice, but Paypal's default setting is for priority mail. You have to change it to 1st class. They offer the same rates as ebay.
The other problem may be how the address is formatted.

In this case the 2nd line exceeds the letter count allow for a single line, and it faults out.
I correct it to:
