What graphics program/image editor do you use for ebay?

I was completely happy with my old free verson of PaintShop Pro. My computer went out and I lost the program & can't get it back, so I am trying to avoid paying $100 for the commercial version.
Are there any easy-to-use programs that don't cost an arm & a leg that I can use to crop & resize images for ebay?

Try Paint.net
It depends on your skills and tolerance levels for varying user interface conventions. You can do paint.net which is very basic; gimp is very powerful. You might find Affinity Photo a great option and more usable overall. You can get an old copy of Photoshop CS2 for free. It’s very old but powerful.
The full version of Photoshop is what I use as it works perfectly.
It is not cheap tho.
It has MORE than paid for itself in coin sales based on my coin images.
Acorn by Flying meat. Easy to use - great video tutorials.

Probably Paint as others mentioned. I still use my old photoshop elements 10. I downloaded the program to a thumb drive and kept my license number. It came in handy when I bought my last desktop a couple yrs ago.

I use photoscape
Very easy to use and free
My Ebay Store
GIMP is free. Its feature set is rich. Although free in terms of dollars, the 'cost' of GIMP is that since it does so much, it takes time to learn how to use it.
My strategy is about collecting what I intend to keep, not investing in what I plan to sell.
Did your camera come with software? I use my Sony software and it works just fine for me!
I use Irfanview64 and GIMP. GIMP allows me to do circular crops on the coin images with either a solid or transparent background. Both are free.
I kept a copy of Picasa after Google retired it -- adequate but most important, I'm used to it and can fly through a bunch of images. It's quick & easy for eBay - the only thing missing is a circular crop. I use several other including Gimp on occasion.
paint.net defaults to Go Daddy for me?
I use both of these, too.
I've heard that PhotoScape also does circular crops and is free. But I already know how to use the above 2.
I sell on 2 ebay accounts and some other places. I have light-room and like it but PhotoScape is my go to every day editor. Its simple and easy.
Yes, photoscape for me too.

I've been using LView for over 20 years.
free download Picasa 3
Simple to use, basic, no circle crops, save my images in my own desktop folders.

I have about a 6-year-old copy of Photoshop Elements that does what I need to do.

Uh, er, hate to admit but I am using a 32 bit programme called Image Composer from like 20 years ago on a 11 year old laptop. Also have a 32bit HP scanner that scans stuff you cannot scan on newer chip enabled scanners.
I am using PhotoScape V3.7 for my photo cropping and inserting arrows to things I want to point out in photos.
I use GIMP but haven't sold anything recently.
