    Ah, thanks. I may post an 1853 farthing, or 1839 which I like to think of as copper sovereigns! LOL

    I always liked the strength this design implied emphasising the British Empire stretching from sea to sea.

    Enthusiastic collector of British pre-decimal and Canadian decimal circulation coins.

    Yes, even as a smaller coin there is a lot there. I also like it because it is proof, and at that possibly the rarest farthing date in proof of at least the bronze series. I've not seen another in about 30 years.
