My last one took less time than that, but I believe they state it can take up to three weeks. It's USPS, patience is required.

TY Usually done in a few days in the past. The times they are a changin. Shipping coins is always more adventure than it needs to be.

It usually takes 2-3 weeks (for me, anyway.)

Unless they are denying your claim. Then they are lightning fast.

Two weeks is normal. Waiting on a couple right now.

Part of it is waiting to ensure it is not used.

I’ve done it twice 14 days to the day.

    Me too !

While on the subject of USPS, what does a 'guaranteed delivery date' mean ?.....
I bought a new remote for my TV. It had a guaranteed delivery date of Mar. 25.
Tracking just says on it's way to next destination for the past 5 days.
So, does a guaranteed date mean the shipper gets their money back ?

Who is guaranteeing the delivery; the shipper or USPS?

If it's eBay's guaranteed delivery date, the shipper doesn't get any money back. He does, however, get the additional job of dealing with an unhappy buyer who eBay promised something to that eBay can't deliver on.

A Priority Express parcel is guaranteed to be delivered by a specific date and time. If it is not it is a simple matter to get a refund via usps.com. The refund goes to whoever paid for the service.

You're right. Probably 99% of it.

You know, I thought it was USPS because the date appears above the tracking number on my 'purchase history' page. I think Mason is correct however......just ebay smoke......

eBay, they give your shipping cost refund or $5 credit for future purchase

in your purchases section just look at options for past guarantee items

    Hey, you're right. Thanks Dave.
On my 'purchase history' page,at the end of the column concerning this item, there was a drop down 'more actions'.
One of them was 'report late delivery'. I was afraid to click on it, in case it would hurt the seller who did nothing wrong. I have a goofy Lenovo notebook on which I can't turn off the 'tapping' feature on my touch pad. Well,as I was scrolling down the list, I paused on 'report late delivery' and this goofy computer automatically clicked. (This touchpad is a nightmare playing poker on line, but that's for another forum). Sure enough, I get a checkbox for a 5 dollar voucher.
    Thanks for letting me know.

Yep. The buyer gets a credit, the seller is the bad guy because the package didn't arrive when eBay promised it would and eBay looks like the knight in shining armor who swooped in and made it all good. ;)

Last one I had to call PayPal to get a refund. Normally it’s a week or so.

I was wondering whom I might have to prod if it continued to linger.
