Cert number what to do?

I bought this card on eBay. The person I bought it from never registered it. I tried adding it. I got the message it's in another registry. It shows a email has sent. This is the fourth try. How do I fix this?

Scan and pic of the front and back to the set registry team and they will manually remove it. It should have the email in the page when you try and add it.
