Rack Packs Authenticated by BBCE

I just send received back my first package of rack packs authenticated by BBCE and have just sent the next batch which includes 45. Below are the results. Most turned out good, but four of my 1983 topps racks, two with Boggs on top, and one with Ripken and one with Nolan Ryan came back inconclusive. Steve Hart said in his gut he thought they were good, but that he couldn’t holder because cards from different sheets seemed to be in the wrong panels.

    Looking for 1960 to 1989 Unopened Football cellos with Oakland Raiders on top or back of any packs as well.
