I regraded this coin thinking it would garner the PL designation now that PCGS is designating that. Sadly it didn't get the PL, but did get a PLUS to end up at MS-63+, so that's something I suppose. In any event, what a pretty coin and great TrueView. Figured I would share for you Cap and Rays lovers:
