Would this be considered a mint error

Hello
This is probably a dumb question but???
The line on the back of this Mint stamp, is this an error or just one of thouse things ?
The error is very very hard to see with the eye on the stamp front. The line only seems to go through the female, and the stamp is not folded either

It is probably a gum skip. It would decrease the value of the stamp. Collectors of never hinged material want their gum to be perfect.

Agree.
Either that or a crease in the paper before printing. But either way it is not a good thing.
