Hi, I am new to this community and I am trying to learn the difference between real errors and damaged coins. Thank you for your help.
There is nothing on the front rim, only the back rim.

It is not a cud.
It looks like it may have pulled the edge a little on ejection, commonly called a finned edge. After it was circulated the raised/finned edge rolled over onto the rim. That would be my best guess from the photos provided but it could be some other form of rim/edge damage.
